In the GardenWho uses HELPLINE? The elderly, disabled and people of all ages who could be vulnerable or at risk in their own home anywhere in the UK.

Hearing, sight or speech impairment is not a barrier to using our service.

Is HELPLINE easy to use? YES! You call for help by simply pressing a button, wherever you are in the house - even in the garden up to 164 feet (50 metres) away. No other operation is required.

The Personal Alarm Button is lightweight and can be worn discreetly around your neck or on your wrist. It is also waterproof - so you can wear it in the bathroom, kitchen and garden.

Whenever you need help, you just press the button, day or night, and our Emergency Response Centre will be alerted. A specially trained operator will talk to you to find out what has happened. If you were unable to speak, or were in the garden for example, we will know that it is you calling and will immediately arrange for help. The Emergency Response Centre assess every situation and will call to your aid a Key Holder from a list you have given us, your Doctor or the Emergency Services as appropriate.

Do I need to supply a Key Holder? If it is not possible to supply Key Holders - in most cases we can make other arrangements for you.

When can HELPLINE be used?  The service is fully operational for your protection and reassurance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, every day of the year.

HELP at hand when you need it… Peace of mind for you and your family.
