In the case of an emergency in the home, such as a fall, you simply press the button on your alarm. No need to remember any numbers! The centrally located emergency response centre will be alerted immediately. They monitor all our personal alarms UK wide 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. An operative specially trained in how to respond to a fall alarm for the elderly will speak to you through the base unit to find out exactly what has happened. If it is appropriate they will notify one of your emergency contacts and ask that they attend your property as soon as possible. If the matter is more serious they will contact the emergency services immediately. If you are unable to respond for any reason help is dispatched straight away.
